Standard Order Processing

Our general processing time is between 5-7 business days, sometimes less depending on if products that are purchased are in stock.

All orders are processed Monday through Friday 10-4 PM Eastern Standard Time. We do not process on the weekends or holidays. Please note that processing times DO NOT include total delivery time. Please be sure to plan your orders accordingly provided this information.   


Peak Season Ordering

Holidays and promotional periods are typically high-volume sales durations. Although order processing hours may be extended to accommodate these high-volume periods, please anticipate increased processing times, extended from 5-7 business days to 7-10 business days.

All orders are shipped out by USPS.


Shipping Process

Once the post office accepts the shipment of your order, meaning it leaves the Saraeya processing center and a tracking number is issued, the package delivery is out of our control. We are not responsible for late deliveries on behalf of USPS. That is out of our control.


Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible lost or stolen packages. Once orders have been shipped, USPS is responsible for delivering your order. If your order is delivered to your address and your package is stolen from the address, we are not responsible.


Fraud or Misrepresentation

We under no circumstances tolerate fraud. Your billing and shipping address must be the same when you place our order. If for any reason these addresses are not the same, we will NOT fulfill your order and your order will be refunded. We are aware of fraudulent activity taking place under the above circumstances and we are FIRM in keeping the integrity of every transaction.  


Order Inquiries

All order inquiries should be sent through the platform they were purchased.

For example:

  • If you placed an order directly through our website, please submit your inquiry through the website or email your order number, name, items purchased, and order issue to 
  • If you placed an order through our Etsy site, be sure to submit your order inquiry directly through the Etsy messaging system. 

Be sure to include the name on your order, your order number, date of purchase, and the problem with your order. Allow 24-48 hours for your order inquiries to be addressed. 

Note: Each platform has an order processing, shipping, refund and return policy. Please be sure to read the respective policy which may help answer initial questions.

You can track your order on the USPS website at any time once you receive your tracking number. Tracking numbers are sent to the email you provided when you submitted your order.
